Euler Center connects work redesign, practical team preparation, and measurement. Founded and led by Sravan Ankaraju, the practice starts with the work people need to do and the decisions they need to make.
Sravan Ankaraju helps leaders redesign work for AI, prepare their teams, and measure what improves. His experience spans enterprise leadership, entrepreneurship, workforce transformation and hands-on AI engineering.
His work includes leadership at Microsoft, collaborative business capture at Lockheed Martin, and more than a decade of workforce transformation through Divergence Academy, including work with military-connected learners and higher-education partners. Euler Center is founder-led. Sravan leads the work and brings in named associates where the engagement requires additional expertise. Scope, responsibilities and the people assigned are agreed before work begins.
The lab is based in Dallas, Texas, and works with organizations wherever the workflow is. Reviews are run on site where the work needs watching and remotely where it does not.
Euler does not sell certification, testing, certification preparation, career coaching or startup incubation. Evaluation findings are not contingent on a sponsor’s preferred result. Our methods and the limits of the evidence should be open to examination.
Euler Center holds no partnership with any certification body and does not sell preparation for credentials it might later assess. Work Composition is published under CC BY-SA 4.0 for others to examine and implement. Publication is not peer review, and a demonstration on an affiliated platform is not independent validation.
