The method is published in full and free to implement: the Work Composition canvas, the field specification, and worked examples, at workcomposition.org, under CC BY-SA 4.0. Anyone may use, adapt, and implement it, including commercially and including in a competing product, provided derivatives carry the same licence.
The evaluation protocol is published rather than described: five outcomes, fixed before testing, one of which is Stop. It is set out on the Work Performance Review page in the form a client actually signs up to.

The method cannot be a moat, because it is published and any competent reader can lift it. The thing that accumulates is the corpus of completed canvases and the aggregate findings drawn from it, and that corpus does not exist yet. Stating that is more useful to you than a claim that would not survive a competitor reading this page.
