You decide. We build it with you.

You own the decisions. Our people do the work alongside yours: GRID42, Euler Center’s Design & Engineering team, designs and builds, and the services team puts it to work inside your organization.

Our people, working with yours

An engagement may use architecture or workflow reviews, deep technical reviews, whiteboarding, design sessions, workshops, tabletop exercises or coaching. The methods depend on the problem and the agreed scope.

These are ways of doing the work within our existing engagements, not additional packages or a promise that every method is included. We bring the analysis, the evidence and the build. You decide what goes ahead.

II / The engagement model

A clear scope before work begins

The Work Performance Review evaluates one bounded workflow and produces a work map, evaluation findings and a decision brief.

The Work Composition Accelerator supports your team through the existing coaching and measurement model. Applied measurement, commissioned research and teaching retain their own scopes and terms.

The Engage page explains the available engagements. Pricing sets out the review and Accelerator fees, timing and exclusions; other work is quoted separately.

III / Evaluation

Support does not predetermine the finding

A Work Performance Review has agreed criteria and a protocol fixed before testing. Its findings may support proceeding, proceeding with conditions, redesigning and retesting, gathering more evidence or stopping.

Coaching and measurement are chartered separately. The re-measurement protocol is frozen before coaching begins, and fees do not depend on the finding. A workshop or coaching engagement is not certification or a guarantee of improvement.
